Great service and technical advice provided during my visit to the factory for piano test and condition check. Fast piano delivery within 2 days to Melaka! The professional mover delivered the piano through lift to my condominium unit with care. The piano in good condition and final tuning was done to ensure the piano in good shape after moving in. Finally, heater was installed to prevent moisture intake to ensure long lasting piano condition! Overall, it was indeed a great customer service provider and excellent customer experience for me!
